Important Information for Customers with PX2 Models

Issue:

• PDU GA firmware release 3.4 has a condition that allows the inlet meter to occasionally reports a zero voltage for one sample incorrectly.
• Due to this different PX2 models have the following symptoms.

Symptoms & Scope:

• PX2-1xxx/3xxx models will generate false sensor availability alarms (for example 'trip' on overcurrent protector 'C1' unavailable).
• PX2-2xxx models will cause all outlets to switch affecting power status
• PX2-4xxx/5xxx and any PX3 models are NOT affected by this issue.

Solution:

• Upgrade affected PDUs to latest GA release 3.5.0
