Status codes in your query results describe the various stages of our fulfillment process. Use this annotated diagram to identify the steps for your order.
"Order Review: Initial": We are reviewing your order for accuracy, shipping details, deal registration, etc. In parallel, we have allocated and reserved inventory to fulfill this line.
"Order Review: Initial (Allocated)": We are reviewing your order for accuracy, shipping details, deal registration, etc. In parallel, we have allocated and reserved inventory to fulfill this line.
“Order Review: Finance”: Our finance team is reviewing your order for credit terms, payment terms, etc.
"Order Review: Finance (Allocated)": Our finance team is reviewing your PO for credit terms, payment terms, etc. In parallel, we have allocated and reserved inventory to fulfill this line.
"Order Hold: Exception": Your order is on hold for a miscellaneous reason. Please contact us for additional information if this status does not change within a few business days.
“Backorder”: Item is out of stock, and awaiting replenishment.
“In Stock”: Item is in stock, and ready to be released to the warehouse for inventory picking.
"Warehouse: Inventory Picking" : Line item clear to ship. We are gathering the materials from our warehouse inventory, together with any other open line items on this order.
"Warehouse: Packing": Line item clear to ship and materials have been removed from our warehouse shelves. We are packing and preparing for carrier pickup.
"Shipped": Line item shipped. Tracking numbers will appear on this page at the END of the business day after shipping (except with certain LTL carriers).
"Invoiced": Line item shipped, and an invoice issued. Tracking numbers will appear on this page at the END of the business day after shipping (except with certain LTL carriers).
Confirm with your procurement team that your PO has already been sent to orders@raritan.com Orders may take up to one business day to appear in Raritan’s system, as they are entered by our customer service desk
Most orders from Raritan ship via FedEx or an LTL carrier, unless otherwise directed by the purchase order.
Tracking numbers not commonly recognized as FedEx or UPS formats are likely to be an LTL carrier of Raritan’s choosing, or of your designation. Raritan typically uses the following LTL carriers: PLC Logistics, Expeditors, or FedEx Freight.
For fastest service with existing POs, please submit an inquiry to our customer service helpdesk. In your correspondence, please cite our order number in addition to your own PO#, being sure to clearly state your specific inquiry or request.
