Simplified Edge Solution

In collaboration with Cisco Live’s event team, Legrand is showcasing its “Simplified Edge” solution at Cisco Live 2018. Legrand provided integrated, intelligent cabinets to support part of the event’s network infrastructure deployment, and these units will be visible throughout the show floor.

The solution is comprised of multiple Legrand solutions in a single integrated package, including vertical wall-mount cabinets, network connectivity, intelligent power distribution units, remote door locks, temperature sensors, and door contact sensors. Legrand was able to provide and integrate all the components, including a single PO, cutting down on the management and labor required.

A replica of the units Cisco will be using can be found in the Legrand booth, #1841. The power consumption, temperature, and security information will also all be aggregated through Power-IQ and be available for viewing in either the Legrand or Raritan booths during the show.
