Technical Advisory: Flash Write Cycle Issue in Xerus 4.0.0 through 4.3.12 (2/20/2026):
We have identified a critical issue in Xerus Firmware v4.0.0 through v4.3.12 that causes flash write operations to occur more frequently than expected under certain conditions. This does NOT affect the PDU outlet power state. An upgrade to Xerus Firmware v4.3.13 or later is required to reduce flash write cycles and mitigate this potential issue. Limited Availability (LA) releases are of the same testing and production quality as GA releases but may have some missing or extra features. Because of this, LA releases are typically only delivered to select customers and/or select product types. Related binary files are, therefore, not available for public download through the website.
