Our health insurance carrier is an Open Access Plus Plan that provides in-network and out-of-network coverage. Employees have 3 options to choose from when electing health insurance.
Our dental insurance carrier is a PPO plan that offers employees 2 options to choose from.
Our vision insurance carrier provides the highest level of coverage for employees who use in-network providers.
Our FSA carrier provides savings accounts for both Health Care and Dependent Care.
Raritan provides company-paid short-term disability coverage for all full-time employees. This plan pays 66% of your weekly earnings beginning on week 2 until week 26 of the disability. The benefit amount is integrated with social security disability income and/or state disability.
Raritan provides company-paid long-term disability coverage for all full-time employees. This plan pays 60% of your base salary beginning on week 27 until age 65. The benefit amount is integrated with social security disability.
Raritan provides company-paid life and AD&D insurance coverage for all F/T employees equal to one times their annual base salary. Raritan also offers supplemental Life & AD&D Insurance to employees who would like to increase their insurance amounts.
Raritan provides a generous 401(k) plan for its employees and will match 50% of the salary deducted up to $2000 each year. Employees are eligible to join the plan at the beginning of the calendar quarter after two months of employment.
