Power IQ DCIM Quick Start Service

A 1 day on-site basic configuration and training service for Power IQ. Includes creating the Power IQ Virtual Machine. Initial Configuration of Power IQ for access over the network.  Configure the system clock to time-stamp events and data records.  Configure polling intervals to capture data from data center devices like rack PDU's with configuration up to 4 rack PDUs.  Plus training users to adminster, use, and expand the system.   For expanded turnkey DCIM services, please contact our professional services team, call +31 (0)10 284 4040 in The Netherlands.

KVM HealthCheck Service

Infrastructure assessment and knowledge transfer to improve the operations of the out-of-band infrastructure management system. Targeted towards infrastructure consisting of CommandCenter-Secure Gateway and 250 servers, this consultation Includes:  

• Infrastructure Assessment: inspection of existing hardware, firmware and software for recommendations on upgrade path to ensure compatibility, reliability and connectivity; guidance provided on network and cabling architecture, server naming conventions, user group and policy management.
• Training: latest features and functionalities of devices; Raritan's infrastructure management architecture; diagnostic and troubleshooting procedures; and recommendations and requirements for further system expansion. 

KVM + CC-SG Basic Installation Service

Basic installation of a Raritan centralized infrastructure management solution.  Includes installation and configuration of Raritan's CommandCenter Secure Gateway, up to four supported Dominion Series (KX, SX, KSX) and IP-Reach devices, connectivity for up to 64 customer-connected KVM or serially controlled devices, integration with the customer's IP network and related management system training at one location.

KVM + CC-SG Expanded Installation Service

Expansion of the Basic service to support more devices, port and locations for an entire data center or multiple geographically dispersed backup and remote data centers.

Raritan Solution Training or Support Session

A knowledge transfer course designed for basic users, or users installing equipment at a client site. Custom training sessions on Raritan equipment are also available by request.
