Sales Engineer / Pre-Sale Consultant



The Sales Engineer will be responsible for the UKI & occasionally EMEA/Nordics rigions. The main responsibilities of this role is to proactively participates in pre-sales activities including but not limited to;

  • assessment of customer’s requirements,
  • technical presentations to customers,
  • detailed system design
  • Learns specific skills necessary to functionally describe Raritan solutions
  • Tech support on product queries from new customers/partners
  • Articulates product & solution capabilities and interoperability with customer’s existing network infrastructure in line with customer organizations strategic goals.
  • Participates in managing and developing customer and partner relationships for long-term success
  • Tailors outgoing RFP proposals and formulates response to RFPs
