CommandCenter Secure Gateway

CCSG-Upgrade Path

Please login to the customer portal (at the top right of this page) to gain access to the CC-SG firmware releases. Access is limited to customers covered by a valid software maintenance agreement. Contact customer service at customerservice@raritan.com if you have questions or problems.

Please make sure to read the release notes prior to installing.

If you have purchased the WS-API for CC-SG, support is available by contacting wsapi@raritan.com.

Raritan recommends all customers upgrade to the latest CC-SG 5.4 firmware, available in May 2013 to customers covered under the software maintenance agreement.
