The CommandCenter NOC 250 and NOC 100 are multifunction IT infrastructure management appliances that enable businesses to solve a wide range of IT problems before they occur. Both products integrate world-class network and systems management, traffic analysis, vulnerability scanning, intrusion detection, asset management and reporting functionality into one easily deployed platform.

CommandCenter NOC 250 and CC-NOC 100 keep your IT infrastructure under constant scrutiny, to guard against network outages, degradation, performance slowdowns, security weaknesses and incoming attacks. They help ensure application availability and network resource optimization.

The following three features are new in release 6.0:

• Allow third party applications to access data within CommandCenter NOC for reporting purposes
• Create a graphical representation of the network’s system hierarchy and interconnectivity within a monitored network
• Run automatic processes that determine the root cause and type of incidents, taking into account the current network topology

Plus, when integrated with CommandCenter Secure Gateway, CommandCenter NOC speeds time-to-repair. It does this by displaying alert, diagnostic information and recommendations together with a Hyper-Access™ link to a targeted CommandCenter Secure Gateway session; that session provides KVM or serial console control directly to the affected failing device. When receiving an alert via e-mail or pager, an administrator need only sign on to CC-NOC to be authenticated and authorized for both management systems; links in the notification take him or her straight to the incident description and the means of response.

The CommandCenter NOC 250 is designed for midsize IT operations or units of larger enterprises. It monitors and manages 50 nodes, and can inventory up to 1,000 nodes. The CC-NOC 100 can monitor and manage 20 Nodes and can inventory up to 1,000 nodes.
