Xerus firmware release 3.6.0 and later SSH implementation has been updated to latest version and disabled weak algorithms. Scripts using disabled algorithms may experience issues with PDU running 3.6.0 & later firmware. Please review 3.6.0 release notes and contact Raritan Technical Support for additional information.
General Notes
EMX part numbers are discontinued and are now end of life. Click here to learn more.
Never install an older release than the firmware currently installed. The only exception would be if this is done under the direction of Raritan Support.
EMX2 products with DX2 sensors — New Gen3 “SmartSensors” are not currently supported with EMX2 and using a combination of EMX2 and DX2 sensors is not recommended at this time due to compatibility issues.
General Availability (GA) releases are fully tested, production-ready, and are recommended for most customers and deployments.
Limited Availability (LA) releases are of the same testing and production quality as GA releases but may have some missing or extra features. Because of this, LA releases are typically only delivered to select customers and/or select product types. Related binary files are, therefore, not available for public download through the website. For access to LA binary files, please contact your regional Raritan Support team for assistance who will first ensure proper compatibility with your specific model(s) and then will provide files as needed. Note: Power Firmware has been renamed to Xerus™ Firmware.

This firmware only applies to specific Raritan PX models, therefore the firmware file itself is not posted on this support page. If you have this firmware installed on your PDU, you can find accompanying documentation below.
The attached EMX 3.1.20 Release Notes below contain a list of Raritan PDU models this release may be installed on, along with a list of specific issues addressed in this release. If this firmware does apply to one or more of your PX models, and you want to upgrade to this LA release, contact Raritan Technical Support at one of the following locations for the firmware file:
