All Raritan products sold in the U.S. and Canada come with a 2-year limited factory warranty as long as they have been registered with Raritan. The standard warranty guarantees Raritan service and support. In addition, if the need ever arises, advance replacement products may be available at Raritan's discretion.
To activate your warranty, complete and submit the Product Registration form at the link below or complete and return the warranty card shipped with your product. NOTE: If you are registering more than 6 products, you will need to submit additional forms.

Return policy within the US
In order to receive the appropriate credit to your account, please return the defective units to Raritan within 30 days after receipt of the replacement units. All returns must be processed via FedEx, using the FedEx pre-paid label, which will be included in the replacement box. Please return the defective units to Raritan using the same packaging the replacements were sent in.
Return policy for outside the US
Upon receipt, please install/test the new unit to ensure it resolves your issue. You can then return the defective unit to Raritan using the same packaging the replacement is being sent in. Note: (customers outside of the USA are responsible for the return shipping cost).
