Please login to the customer portal (at the top right of this support page) to gain access to the upgrade bundle.  Access is limited to customers covered by a valid software maintenance agreement.  Contact customer service at customerservice@raritan.com if you have questions or problems.

Please make sure to read the release notes prior to upgrading.

For Customers upgrading to 4.0.2 from any release prior to 4.0.0

• There are changes to the REST API in R4.0.x.  The WS-API guide provides guidance for customers who are upgrading.
• Release 4.0 disables storage of sensor readings in CSV files by default. If you wish to use these files, re-enable the option in Settings > Power IQ Settings after upgrading. 
• Customers need to create and use and unencrypted database backup and part of the Pre-R4.0.x to R4.0.2 upgrade process.  This is also called out in the upgrade guide.
• For customers running Power IQ on a VMware® virtual machine.  The new power IQ 4.0.2 virtual machine data store should be set to at least 160 GB
