HP
As a partner of the HP Enterprise Alliance Program, Raritan has integrated its CommandCenter NOC product line with HP’s OpenView Network Node Manager to send appropriate SNMP traps from CC-NOC branch and departmental sites to the OpenView central NOC console.
NTT WEST CHUGOKU CORPORATION, a major Japanese provider of IT operations and management services, has integrated its systems management software with Raritan’s Paragon product line to simplify and expedite response to incident alarms in mission critical data centers.
Numara Software’s TrackIT is the market’s leading IT Help Desk application. By integrating with Raritan’s CommandCenter NOC, network and system alarms identified by CommandCenter NOC are sent immediately and automatically to TrackIT and trouble tickets are opened for incident resolution.
Routrek Networks ported its intelligent, autonomic RouteMagic software to run on Raritan’s Dominion SX for an end to end control tool for network devices and servers. By integrating monitoring, console access, data logging, root cause analysis and problem resolution in single intelligent appliance, recovery from service-impacting incidents is dramatically expedited.
As a VMWare Technology Alliance Partner, Raritan has integrated its CC-NOC with VMWare to provide all systems and network monitoring and management functionality for the multiple virtual systems that run under VMWare’s operating systems.
