Firmware Upgrade

You MUST be running firmware version 3.1.0 to use this upgrade.  If you are running firmware older than 3.1.0, you MUST UPGRADE to version 3.1.0.  Upgrade files for older releases are available on the Firmware and Documentation page of the Raritan website.

Important Information for Active Directory Users

CommandCenter Secure Gateway Release 3.1 provides the ability to query all domain controllers for a given domain in Active Directory (AD).  All AD modules must be reconfigured in the Administration Security panel.  A Domain Name and DNS server IP address are required for each AD module. Until all AD modules are reconfigured, AD users will NOT be able to login.  If you are not using Active Directory for remote authentication, this note does not apply.

It is important to have the Domain Name and DNS IP address prior to beginning the upgrade procedure!

The CC-SG 3.1.0 release contains significant changes from previous releases. It is strongly recommended that you review the "What's New in CC-SG 3.1.0 Video" and the Release Notes
