SOMERSET, N.J. (December 5, 2006) - Raritan, a leading provider of solutions for managing IT infrastructure, announced today that Ingram Micro Inc. (NYSE: IM) will start this month distributing Raritan's easy-to-use CommandCenter NOC (CC-NOC) availability and performance monitoring appliance for midsize IT organizations.

The channel-ready CC-NOC appliance will help Ingram Micro's solution providers grow their product and service revenue in three ways:

By offering their customers a complete, easy-to-install solution designed specifically for midsize organizations looking for integrated service and security monitoring capabilities at an affordable price.

By helping resellers support and engage customers with capabilities such as monitoring, remediation, reporting and auditing services, intrusion detection and Windows Vista compatibility analysis.

By enabling Ingram Micro resellers to develop managed service businesses that deliver recurring revenue.

Ingram Micro, a long time Raritan channel partner, has carried the vendors KVM (Keyboard, Video and Mouse), serial console and remote power control products for years, and will sell CC-NOC throughout North America.

CC-NOC helps customers improve service uptime and productivity. Through a comprehensive dashboard accessed through any Internet browser, the solution provides availability and performance notifications on network, systems and applications. In addition, it identifies and tracks hardware and software assets, and monitors for security vulnerabilities and intrusions. When used with Raritans out-of-band access and control solutions, most server problem remediation can be performed without going on site.

Distributing CommandCenter NOC through Ingram Micro will give solution providers the added value of our combined expertise and sales and support programs, said Gary Marks, Raritans vice president, Sales.
