Tech Data -- which sells Raritan's remote access and control products -- will start distributing Raritan's CommandCenter NOC (CC-NOC) availability and performance monitoring appliance in North America. Tech Data, through its broad network of highly skilled reseller partners, is an ideal channel to help us support the growing IT service management market, said Gary Marks, Raritan's vice president, Sales. Demand for IT availability and performance monitoring for the midmarket is very strong, yet this market is underserved. Midsize IT organizations are faced with either purchasing multiple point solutions or looking at solutions designed for larger enterprises both options are expensive and increase complexity. Through a comprehensive dashboard accessed through any Internet browser, CC-NOC provides availability and performance notifications on network, systems and applications. In addition, it identifies and tracks hardware and software assets, and monitors for security vulnerabilities and intrusions.
