Raritan will use the center for solution demonstrations, as well as customer briefings, proof-of-concept sessions and training. In addition, MPSC partners will be able to employ Raritan's secure remote access products to manage servers and other equipment in the extensive Redmond lab. Raritan's KVM-over-IP remote management solutions provide always-available, out-of-band access to IT equipment -- whether locally within and around a data center, or remotely from other locations.
"We are dedicated to showcasing proven, multivendor solutions, and we are pleased to have Raritan join the MPSC," said Jon Schmitz, Director of the MPSC at Microsoft Corp. "Raritan's unique portfolio of remote management solutions is an important addition to our partner community, because it enables enterprises to improve IT infrastructure uptime and security."
The Microsoft Partner Solutions Center is designed to bring together world-class technology companies dedicated to the rapid development of secure, end-to-end network solutions needed by enterprise customers in order to maintain a competitive advantage. The MPSC offers an environment where industry leaders and partners can collaborate in a single setting, and where Microsoft and its industry partners help customers evaluate, plan, build and deploy a broad variety of solutions.
"The Microsoft Partner Solution Center is a tremendous resource. It provides customers a superb opportunity to have hands-on experience with our solutions that they can rapidly apply to their own environments," said Sev Onyshkevych, Raritan Vice President of Strategy and Business Development. "As the pioneers of KVM switching, we look forward to demonstrating our latest remote management capabilities at the MPSC."
